I Am Jazz

The book I Am Jazz by Jessica Herthel and Jazz Jennings, translated into Icelandic by Birna Björg Guðmundsdóttir, was published in 2022.

The story follows a young trans girl named Jazz. From the age of two, Jazz knew she was a girl, even though everyone else thought she was a boy. She shares her story in a simple and clear manner that resonates beautifully with children, parents, and educators alike.

The book has been distributed to every primary and preschool in the country.
